Upcoming WSO Meeting Agenda

The agenda below is a draft agenda, to be finalized at the WSO Meeting on the date listed.
 

Please use the Contact page to submit an agenda item. We strongly encourage you to attend the meeting in person so you can present your proposal directly. If you are unable to attend, however, and would like Intergroup to consider a motion, you may designate a proxy to speak on your behalf. In that case, please include any supporting thoughts and detailed rationale to ensure that your perspective is best represented.

Agenda Items and Meeting Attendance

If a motion or agenda item is introduced but the member proposing the item (or a designated proxy) is not present when it is scheduled for discussion, the item will remain on the agenda for up to two consecutive meetings. If neither the member nor a proxy is present during that time, the item will be removed from the agenda.

 

If an item is introduced and discussion is deferred for procedural or timing reasons, the Chair will announce that the item will carry over to the next meeting. In such cases, the item may remain on the agenda beyond two meetings so long as the proposing member or a proxy is present to speak to it.
