Positions & Elections

About Elections

Elections for Intergroup service positions are held quarterly during the Intergroup business meetings in December, March, June, and September. Positions begin the first of the month following the election.

All members in service should be available to attend the Intergroup meeting each month during their term of service.

Length of Service

Postions are elected quarterly during the Intergroup business meetings in December, March, June, and September. Positions begin the first of the month following the election. On occasion, elections may be moved or ongoing as positions become open during their term. The same requirements are in effect, and the term will then run from the date of the election until the end of the current term.

Service Positions

The responsibilities of each Intergroup service position are listed below. As a fellowship we support each other and work together as a whole, so on occasion requests may be made to assist in another position whenever possible.
