Hair Pullers Anonymous - a fellowship of individuals who, through shared experience, strength, and hope are recovering from compulsive hair pulling (trichotillomania).

Obsessive Compulsive Anonymous - a fellowship of people who share their experience, strength, and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from OCD. The only requirement for membership is a desire to recover from OCD. Meetings include focus on skin picking, hair pulling, and nail biting.

Self-Mutilators Anonymous - a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength, and hope with each other, that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from physical self-mutilation. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop mutilating oneself physically.

The TLC Foundation for Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors - A national nonprofit devoted to ending the suffering caused by hair pulling & skin picking. Guided by a Scientific Advisory Board of leading researchers & clinicians, it is a source for treatment referrals, support groups, educational events and an annual conference.
